Your data, explained plainly.
Effective August 5, 2026. This policy describes how Fantasy Analytics Manager (FAM) handles information when you use the website.
Information FAM handles
Guest use
FAM can store league settings, scoring rules, excluded players, selected team cores, draft history, saved rule sets, roster plans, Team Builder plans, and resumable drafts in local browser storage. This information remains on that browser unless you create a passkey profile or choose an action that sends data to FAM.
Passkey profiles
If you create a profile, FAM stores your chosen display name, a random account identifier, the public portions and identifiers of your registered passkey credentials, authentication counters and supported transports, and the rules, plans, and drafts you save. Your passkey provider keeps each private key. FAM does not receive or store your fingerprint, face scan, device passcode, password-manager master password, email address, or an account password.
Contact and support
If you use the Contact page or email support, FAM receives the name, email address, subject, message, and any information you include. Contact messages are delivered to the private support inbox so FAM can reply.
Technical and security data
FAM and its hosting provider process request information such as IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, and requested pages to deliver the site, prevent abuse, rate-limit sensitive actions, diagnose errors, and protect the service. FAM also maintains an aggregate count of draft plans built; the count is not intended to identify you.
How information is used
- Provide roster, Team Builder, Live Draft, save, and account features.
- Authenticate passkey profiles and keep sessions signed in.
- Sync saved profile data across devices.
- Respond to questions and investigate bug reports.
- Protect FAM, enforce rate limits, and maintain reliability.
- Improve the service using aggregate or de-identified information.
FAM does not sell or rent personal information and does not use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts FAM and processes application storage, security controls, request delivery, rate limiting, and email routing. Google processes messages that reach the support inbox. Your chosen device, operating system, browser, or password manager manages your passkey's private key. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
FAM retrieves fantasy-football projections and market information from Yahoo but does not ask for your Yahoo password or private league credentials and does not connect directly to your Yahoo league.
Retention and your choices
- Guest data: remains in local browser storage until you reset FAM, remove individual saves, or clear the site's browser data.
- Profile data: remains until you delete individual saves or use Delete profile. Profile deletion removes the server-side profile, its registered public credential records, saved content, and active sessions.
- Sessions: the essential secure sign-in cookie can last up to 30 days. Signing out ends the current session. Registration and sign-in challenges stop being valid after five minutes.
- Support messages: are retained as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Deleting a passkey profile does not automatically clear guest data stored separately in your browser. You may contact FAM to request access, correction, or deletion of support information, subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification.
Security, children, and changes
FAM uses HTTPS, WebAuthn passkeys, secure HTTP-only session cookies, request-origin checks, rate limits, and restricted server-side bindings. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not send passwords, payment information, API keys, or sensitive private-league credentials.
FAM is a general-audience fantasy-football tool and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not create a profile or submit personal information through the Contact page.
This policy may change as FAM adds features or service providers. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, a notice on the site.
