Use FAM as a planning tool.

The service

FAM is an independent fantasy-football planning application. It provides roster optimization, Team Builder recommendations and grades, Live Draft planning, customizable league settings, and optional saved profiles. FAM is currently provided without charge and may change, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FAM. If the law where you live requires a higher age to agree to online terms, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for access to your device, passkey provider, FAM profile, and saved drafts. FAM currently has no email-based account recovery. You may use the service for lawful personal fantasy-football planning.

You may not attack, probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer for a harmful purpose, bypass rate limits or security controls, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or use FAM in a way that violates law or another service's terms. FAM may restrict or end access needed to protect the service or other users.

Data, projections, and team grades

Yahoo projections, draft prices, average picks, Expert Rank, injury information, and other source data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. FAM may estimate scoring categories that Yahoo does not directly project. You are responsible for confirming player status, league rules, scoring, roster settings, draft prices, and selections.

Optimization results are model outputs, not guarantees. Team Builder grades compare a projected roster with FAM's benchmark under the same selected settings; they are projection-based and are not presented as a historical backtest. Fantasy performance is uncertain and can change at any time.

FAM is not a sportsbook, contest operator, financial adviser, or source of gambling advice. You are responsible for following the rules of your fantasy platform and all laws that apply to you.

Third parties and ownership

FAM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yahoo or the NFL. Yahoo, NFL, team, player, and other names or marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the data, sport, and participants supported by the tool. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

FAM's software, design, branding, written content, and original features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, FAM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes. You retain ownership of information you enter and grant FAM only the rights needed to host, process, and transmit it to operate the features you request.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAM and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunities, league results, or decisions based on the service. Any total liability arising from FAM will not exceed the amount you paid to use FAM during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as FAM changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
